Nest online provides delivery in New Zealand. We have detailed some information below on our delivery and returns. Any questions please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that the delivery times listed below are estimates from our couriers and commence from the date your order is shipped.
All orders are packed & shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays & weekends)
Our team will make every effort to get your purchase to you within the delivery times below. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, peak trading times, non business-days and holidays can sometimes have an effect on these times.
Final shipping costs will be calculated based on your location/delivery address, and value of the total order and are in New Zealand Dollars.
LARGE / HEAVY ITEMS
Some items on our website are too big/heavy for us to send via our standard rate, so shipping will be quoted after purchase if you would like it delivered, or you are welcome to pick up from our Cheltenham Beach store in Auckland.

All orders will receive a tracking code, which will be emailed to you upon dispatch from Nest. You will be able to track your order via the link and code provided.
By preordering products off our website you are agreeing to purchase a product that is not yet in stock. We will endeavour to ship your product as quickly as possible when it arrives to our stockroom.
The shipment date we give in the preorder product descriptions are a guide and are not final, these are supplied to us by our suppliers. In the rare situation where unforeseen circumstances effect the shipment date from our suppliers we will update you with a new shipment date from our stockroom as soon as we can.
TO HELP WITH YOUR DELIVERY
To make delivery an easy process please make sure to supply all the required fields for delivery including; your full name and / or business name, address (which your order can be delivered in business hours) and a phone number.
If shipping to a business address please ensure this is included in the 'Shipping Address' and the business name is included in 'Company' fields.
If the delivery address is not in New Zealand there could be delays at the destination country (ie. Customs) this will vary dependant on the destination and it is out of Nest's control and responsibility.
Standard courier applies to all Nest purchases.
All purchases must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available at the address and the driver cannot make the delivery they will leave a collection card at the stated address. To collect the parcel, the collection card must be presented with a form of photo ID at the nominated courier branch. If the parcel is not collected within 10 business days - it will be returned to Nest. Redelivery will incur an additional shipping charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES

International orders are subject to local customs authorities in the destination country, which can affect estimated delivery times. If necessary, the courier and / or customs may contact you via your information provided to Nest.
Nest operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you would like to exchange a Nest purchase please email us as soon as possible. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded unless the original item is faulty. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If a return contains a faulty item and is deemed not faulty by Nest the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunded value. All refunds will be processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD), exchange rate differences at the time of processing the refund is beyond the control of Nest.
Once we receive your item at Nest, we will process your refund via your original payment method. Once your item has been processed you will be notified via the email on your account. Please note some banks may require longer time frames for processing refund payments.
