This lovely cushion has been crafted with Business & Pleasure's exclusive Pleasuretex® technology, ensuring both durability and comfort. The cushion has very handy ties that allow for a secure fit onto your Al Fresco chair.

Care
- Brush off loose dirt.
- Spray on a cleaning solution of water and mild soap.
- Use a cloth, sponge or very soft bristle brush to clean.
- Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed.
- Air dry. Do not machine wash or dry clean.
Shipping Information
To ensure your order gets to you in time for Christmas please place your order before midday Wednesday 18th December. We cannot guarantee your order will get to you by Christmas, as it’s all in the hands of the couriers, we will endeavour to get it out for delivery as soon as possible, to give it the best chance!
All online orders made after the 20th of December 2024 will be sent from the 6th of January 2025.
We process and dispatch in-stock orders within two working days (Tuesday-Friday), with delivery across New Zealand typically taking 1–5 working days depending on location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For custom, pre-order, or international items, delivery details will be provided via email. Large or heavy orders may incur extra shipping costs, and all parcels require a signature upon delivery. Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 1–3 days. Returns + Exchanges
Nest operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you would like to exchange a Nest purchase please email us as soon as possible. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded unless the original item is faulty. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If a return contains a faulty item and is deemed not faulty by Nest the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunded value. All refunds will be processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD), exchange rate differences at the time of processing the refund is beyond the control of Nest.
Once we receive your item at Nest, we will process your refund via your original payment method. Once your item has been processed you will be notified via the email on your account. Please note some banks may require longer time frames for processing refund payments.
All exchanges and returns must be correctly packaged in original packaging with tags attached. The order number reference clearly marked on the outside of packaging and send to
