Shipping Information
We process and dispatch in-stock orders within two working days (Tuesday-Friday), with delivery across New Zealand typically taking 1–5 working days depending on location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For custom, pre-order, or international items, delivery details will be provided via email. Large or heavy orders may incur extra shipping costs, and all parcels require a signature upon delivery. Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 1–3 days. Returns + Exchanges
Nest operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you would like to exchange a Nest purchase please email us as soon as possible. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded unless the original item is faulty. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If a return contains a faulty item and is deemed not faulty by Nest the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunded value. All refunds will be processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD), exchange rate differences at the time of processing the refund is beyond the control of Nest.
Once we receive your item at Nest, we will process your refund via your original payment method. Once your item has been processed you will be notified via the email on your account. Please note some banks may require longer time frames for processing refund payments.
